These Terms apply to your use of Quizity - Quiz Video Maker and any related updates we release for the app.
By using the app, you agree to these Terms and to any additional rules or notices that may be presented in the app.
You may use Quizity only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, import, edit, export, save, or share using Quizity.
You retain rights to your original content, but you are responsible for making sure you have the legal right to use all text, audio, images, logos, and other media that you import into the app.
Do not upload or use copyrighted or licensed material unless you have permission or another valid legal basis to use it.
If a third party claims that your content violates their rights, that dispute is between you and that third party.
Quizity may offer a combination of free features, rewarded-ad unlocks, and premium-only features.
Feature availability may change over time. A feature that is currently free, reward-based, or premium may later be changed, limited, expanded, or removed.
Premium subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel them through your Google Play account before the next renewal date.
If you cancel, your subscription access generally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, unless Google Play states otherwise.
Refunds, billing disputes, and payment methods are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.
The app software, app design, branding, logos, and non-user interface assets provided by Quizity remain the property of Quizity or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its underlying software to you.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, improve, or limit features at any time.
We may require you to install an updated version of the app before continuing to use it, including when an update is needed for security, compatibility, billing, or service reliability reasons.
Quizity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect compatibility with all devices, or that exported content will always meet every platform requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizity and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
This includes loss of projects, lost media, export failures, billing interruptions, ad unavailability, device issues, or misuse of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
